About Heather

As someone who has relocated from Ohio, moved, bought and sold my own homes, I get it. That’s why I feel blessed to be your full-time resource especially knowing how real estate transacting is typically the largest financial move you can ever make. As your Full-Circle agent, your WHY is my first priority. What does that mean? Well, I’m a Jersey girl that decided to call the First Coast home in 2006. In making my move, I realized just how tedious and overwhelming it can be Having someone dedicated to my individual needs, and tailoring that experience to my own lifestyle and expectations would have been a huge relief. Now, with a son on the spectrum for Autism and being very involved with his education and therapy throughout the years, I can offer insight on school systems, doctors and therapists in the area. I understand how busy your life can be, and I want to help! Tell me your “why” and, together, we’ll find you the perfect home for you and your family!

As the Transaction Coordinator for Team Heather & Danielle, I work behind the scenes to ensure that each real estate transaction runs seamlessly from start to finish. My role involves managing the many moving parts of the buying and selling process—organizing documents, keeping deadlines on track, and coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies. I focus on maintaining clear communication and a steady timeline, allowing our clients to enjoy a smooth, stress-free experience.

A lifelong resident of the First Coast, I’m passionate about technology, crafts, and especially knitting. I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for over 30 years, and together we’ve raised two wonderful children who are now successful adults. My husband is a small business owner and locksmith in Jacksonville, and our family has deep roots in the local community. I’m excited to help you discover your own piece of paradise here in beautiful Northeast Florida, where my heart and home have always been.
